Non-Combustible Metal Gutters

Seamless aluminum gutters are the foundation of a fire-hardened system. Aluminum doesn't melt, doesn't drip, and doesn't provide a fuel source. For maximum performance near active fire zones, we recommend .032" heavy-gauge aluminum or full copper systems. Both are inherently non-combustible and CBC Chapter 7A compliant.

We spec the right gutter size, material, guard type, and downspout routing for your home. Fire zone homes get heavy-gauge aluminum minimum. We show you everything before we start.

Removal & Fascia Check

Old gutters come out. Every fascia board is inspected — rot or degradation gets replaced before anything new goes up. We won't install a fire-hardened system on compromised fascia.

Installation & Guard Fitting

New seamless metal gutters cut on-site to exact measurements. Guards fitted and locked. Everything checked for pitch, seal, and ember resistance before we leave.
